RETURNS POLICY

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

That’s ok, we understand sometimes choosing the right size and style online can be tricky1

To be eligible for a return/exchange please ensure you have emailed hellostyledbyyou@outlook.com.au. Please provide your order number. You have 15 days from the date on your original sales invoice to return your goods back to us. All items to be in original condition with tags still remaining.

If you choose the wrong size or are not entirely happy, we will exchange your item for the correct size (subject to size availability).

If a quick exchange cannot be made due to stock availability a store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid until redeemed by the customer. We do not have an expiry date.

Please note:

- Refunds are reserved for manufacturing faults only.

- We do not accept returns, or exchanges on sale / clearance items (unless there is a manufacturing fault). 

- All postage for returns and exchanges (excluding refunds) is at the buyer’s expense.
